 Shipping

We offer $8 flat rate shipping within the U.S. To ensure your order is not sitting in a shipping facility very long, we do NOT ship orders Friday-Sunday. If you place your order on a Friday it will be shipped out the following Monday. We also do not ship or process orders on major holidays. Please contact us directly if you require a faster turnaround time. 

 

Candles

Our candles are made to order. What does this mean for you? Our candles are made in small batches and production of your candle will begin the day you place the order and shipped out within three business days. Please contact us directly if you require a faster turnaround time.

 

What does “trimming the wick” mean?

For a properly burning candle it is advisable to trim the wick on your candle to 1/4th of an inch prior to burning each time to avoid excess soot. You may need to re-trim your candle at least once throughout each burn to keep soot at a minimum. 

 

What does “tunneling” mean, and how can I avoid tunneling?

Tunneling is a term that describes the candle burning straight through the center of the candle leaving built up wax around the sides. To avoid tunneling, allow your candle to burn until the entire top surface of wax is melted from all edges before extinguishing. This could take 4-6 hours. The first burn of a candle is the most important burn. It creates the candle's memory. If you extinguish the candle prematurely on the first burn, your candle will then burn to the point of which you extinguished it on the first burn, causing the candle to tunnel. If you trim your wick shorter than the recommended length of 1/4” you may also experience tunneling. 

 

What is your return/exchange policy? 

All sales are final. Refunds are only processed if you have received damaged goods. We will ask that you provide us pictures of the candle(s) or product of which you plan to send back. We want you to love our products and our brand. Can I reuse my containers?

You sure can! They are certainly beautiful and we encourage repurposing! We DO NOT recommend using our containers as food containers or drink ware. Just make sure you wash the containers thoroughly. Placing hot water along with dish soap and soaking for a few hours will help loosen the wick sticker.
